You have a choice of ways to order through our secure website! For speed, you can use the Search option, which looks though our entire online selection to find you the products you’re looking for. Simply type the name of the product.
You can also browse through each of the sections and sub-sections of the site. To make things as easy as possible, we have tried to organise the site as carefully as we can.
The items are added to your Shopping Cart. To check your purchase at any time, click on the Basket icon to check which items you have selected and then submit your order. When you’ve made your selections, just check your customer details and confirm your purchase. It’s that easy! (Please note: Your items are only saved in the cart for 60 minutes)
If you prefer to place your order offline, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org Our Customer Service Team will be ready to take your order. For speed and efficiency we suggest you have the following to hand:
1. The product name of each item you require.
2. The size and colour of the item(s) you require.
3. Your payment details (if ordering via email we can provide you with bank transfer details or send a PayPal request)
Purchasing items for Embroidery need to be sent away, this can take up to 2 weeks so please contact us first if you have any queries.
Postage & Packaging
We will pick and pack your order as soon as it arrives with us. You order will be packed with care and respect and will be dispatched with our courier as soon as possible. Most items arrive within 5-7 days of order. All orders are sent out to be singed for on delivery. Please note: If you add a delivery note to leave your parcel in a safe place etc, you take full responsibility for this.
We now offer a FREE delivery service for orders of £45.00 and a FREE Click & Collect Service.

Every effort is made to maintain the prices indicated, it may not always be possible, therefore we reserve the right to discontinue any items from this list and change prices when necessary.
Value Added Tax
Prices shown include VAT of 20% where applicable. Muddy-Footprints reserve the right to alter prices shown in the event of a change in the level of VAT.
If you wish to return your item(s), you must do so within 14 working days (beginning on the day you receive the goods) in a new and unused condition – this means labels and tags attached. Horse & Dog items such as rugs, saddle cloths & boots etc. Please ensure your horse/dog is brushed and clean, & where possible use a sheet underneath the items when trying on. We will refund you the product price. Return postage costs are the customers responsibility. We do not accept exchanges. Please re order from the website if you wish to exchange sizes.
